Reason being you generally get a very poor idea of what’s actually inside, and I’ve found they tend to embellish certain things. How many sites have you come across that claim to have millions of pictures inside? Or thousands of hours of video? This tour seemed to put up some pretty strong claims too. And while I believed there would be thousands of photos, I was very weary of the claim of thousands of videos.

General impression: Max Fisting looks like your regular run of the mill fisting website. The tour left me feeling pretty uninspired, and I wasn’t expecting a great deal from the member’s area either. It does look like there’s a wide range of fisting content covered, though. That’s one thing to look forward to, at least.

Bravo's opinion:  There’s nothing overly special when you first arrive in the member’s area. Although the design is pretty good, the entrance to the member’s area is rather plain. But If you look a little further, you will find some of the hottest fisting action around. Content is divided into two separate and obvious areas: Pictures and Movies.

Also on the menu, you’ll find links to other areas. Most are not worth any of your time as they’re just links to pages with upsells to other websites such as online adult dating, an adult toy store and online gambling. But there is one other link on the menu that will interest you. And if it doesn’t, it certainly should. It’s the bonus link. I’ll explain later why you should be so curious about that link! For now, let’s talk about what’s on offer in the Max Fisting picture area.

What you’ll find is 37 pages of galleries (as of 2nd December 2006). Each page features 5 fisting galleries. That makes a current total of 185 fisting galleries. My one concern is the lack of consistency in the number of pictures per gallery. Some of the so called galleries had as few as 3 or 4 pictures and others had over 100. A more typical number seems to be between 12 and 20 pictures, which is not very large. You’re certainly looking at an archive of several thousand pictures, though. But it could definitely be bigger than what it is. The resolution of the most recent pictures measures at 811 x 520 pixels, which is about average these days.

Considering the average resolution of the pictures, I was not expecting a great deal from the video content. Usually, with average sized pictures comes average sized videos, and in online porn, an average size video is a mere 320 x 240 pixels in size. I am happy to say my assumption was incorrect! Firstly, I should point out that you can choose between viewing the scenes in clip format or as one long file. If you choose clips, videos are presented only in WMV format at a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels and are encoded at a bitrate of over 1Mbps. This is well above the average. And it’s worth pointing out that 640 x 480 pixels will actually take up 4 times more space on your screen than a 320 x 240 pixel video. That should give you an idea of how much better the quality of these videos is compared to the standard. If you choose to view the videos as full length files, you get a WMV option with the same quality as the clips I just mentioned as well as an MPEG option. The resolution of the MPEG videos is just 448 x 336 pixels, which sounds like it’s not a great deal bigger than the standard, but again if you do the math, you’ll see that even this much smaller resolution is twice as large as the 320 x 240 pixel videos you’d expect to find in most websites. Personally, I’d go with the WMV files. The resolution is higher for one, but also the actual picture quality seems a lot sharper to me. Certainly a bit easier on the eyes. And oddly enough, even with a higher resolution and better quality than its MPEG counterpart, the WMV file is a smaller sized file to download. Go figure!

At the moment, the video archive stands at 33 scenes. So much for the claims of thousands of videos on the tour, huh? Unfortunately, I can’t give you much more detail than that. There are no dates listed on any of the videos, so I don’t know how frequently they update or if they update at all. This is one of the downsides to this website: lack of information. Personally, I like to see when a scene was added, how often the site updates and preferably even a preview of the next scene due to be added to the member’s area. But beggars can’t be choosers, I guess.
